About Run Brum Crew

Weekly crew runs cover 6-8km through the city at a sociable pace, with the emphasis firmly on community and looking out for each other rather than competition, finishing with a crew social. Runs are led under the England Athletics RunTogether umbrella and are open to anyone aged 18 or over who can already run 5km. It suits city-centre runners who want a relaxed, no-cost midweek run with a strong social element.
