The club welcomes members of all ages across every discipline, from track and field to road and cross-country, and has produced numerous international athletes including recent European Championship competitors. Club nights run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at the stadium, with a junior academy pathway for young athletes. It suits anyone from beginners joining introduction sessions through to athletes competing at national and international level.
