These Girls Run is an all-female running and wellness club with chapters across the UK, including an active Liverpool group. The Liverpool midweek run is a 5km on Wednesday evenings, meeting outside Sweaty Betty on Peter's Lane in Liverpool ONE, run at a conversational pace with ambassadors positioned at the front, middle and back so nobody gets dropped, and walking breaks are fine. Runs are followed by a coffee and social, and the club has moved its regular weekly runs to a free model to make running more accessible. It suits women of any ability looking for a safe, supportive and sociable way to run in the city.
Women only. Regular weekly runs are free; sign up for sessions via the club's website or community app.
