London City Runners is a free-to-join social running club founded in 2010, describing itself as the largest free running club in London and having helped over 10,000 runners since it started. Runs leave from the club's own clubhouse on Druid Street in Bermondsey, in the heart of the Bermondsey Beer Mile near Tower Bridge. Group runs go out on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings, following riverside routes to landmarks like Millennium Bridge and Westminster Bridge with multiple pace groups, and socials afterwards at the clubhouse. It suits everyone from complete beginners to marathon runners who want a friendly, no-cost club with a strong social side.
