About Saltaire Striders
A friendly Saltaire club for adults of any ability, from beginners to serious athletes, whose members race everything from parkruns to ultramarathons on road, trail and fell. Organised runs are Mondays from Caroline Street car park (19:00, roughly an hour), Wednesday track night at the Carlton Keighley track (19:15, £2 track fee), and a longer ~8-mile Thursday run from Saltaire Brewery (19:00).
