About Hillsborough & Rivelin Running Club
Hillsborough & Rivelin Running Club was formed in 2020 in the north of Sheffield to improve runners of all abilities on road, trail and hill. Its weekly rhythm runs from a Monday road run out of Hillsborough Park, through a members-only track night at the Chaucer School in the north of the city, to a Wednesday social run that gathers on Sharrow Vale Road opposite a specialist running shop before heading around the south of Sheffield. With well over two hundred members the club fields full teams in the South Yorkshire cross-country league, where its senior men took a team podium in the county championship.
