Manchester's LGBTQ+ running club, founded in 2005 as part of the International Front Runners network and open to allies. Around 150 members run three times a week: track on Tuesdays at the Manchester Regional Arena, an urban social run on Thursdays from the Manchester Aquatics Centre with pace and distance groups, and a mixed-terrain run on Saturdays from Longford Park. New runners are paired with a buddy at their pace.
You should be able to run 5km continuously; couch-to-5K first if you're brand new.
